1. Information We Collect

Account information — when you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you choose, a display name and avatar image, via our authentication provider, Firebase Authentication.

Payment information — memberships and donations are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only what Stripe shares with us, such as your subscription status and billing dates.

Usage data — we may collect basic analytics (pages visited, device/browser type) to understand how the Service is used.

Content you submit — messages sent through our contact form, comments left on videos, and creator applications are stored so we can respond to and moderate them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process payments and manage your membership; communicate with you (including email broadcasts you can opt out of); moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service; and improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including Firebase (authentication, database, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Brevo (email delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what's necessary for them to perform their function.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as those set by Firebase Authentication) that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact page.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (including access controls and encrypted connections) to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
