1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using this site (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Memberships & Payments
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) via our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile or the billing portal; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Content & Conduct
All content on the Service is provided for the personal, non-commercial viewing of members only. You may not download, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, screen record, or otherwise share content from the Service without express written permission.
You agree not to: share your account or login credentials with others; attempt to circumvent membership or content-access restrictions; upload or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing material; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All videos, images, branding, and other content made available through the Service are owned by DanielDingus or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No license is granted to you except the limited right to view content as a member in good standing.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. Amounts already paid are non-refundable, including where termination is for cause.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanielDingus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
